For what is acceptable.
For an interview is great.
Don’t wear Uggs. Please. I think you could go for jeans alternating with nice slacks… with heels or nice flats… and dress shirts. You can wear blazers over the shirts or not, depending on how hot or cold it is that say.
If you have days where you really feel the need to dress down (maybe you just feel like crap)… you could go with a more comfy (but fitted!.. not a tshirt) top and some flat tennis shoes like keds. Also be sure your jeans are fitted but aren’t so tight they look like leggings. And don’t wear low rises that will be showing ***** all day.
A good example of business casual for women can be viewed here (without the suit jackets):
Business casual never means jeans, unless it’s a Friday or other unique occasion.
