My friend does and purses and purses and purses and switches between different tote bags as her backpacks and stuff because shes aloud to school shopping for the different ones for that she always goes back to accesorize with out dress code for cute.

Well it would have been helpful if you posted the dress code. Just wear cool jewelry. Bracelets, rings, necklaces that have bright colors. Also wear your hair in a pony tail and tie some cool colored ribbons in it. Or paint your nails an eccentric or exotic color.
layer your polos. trust me it look way cute! have like a white under a navy and flip up the collars

Are you allowed to wear running shoes or do they have to be dressy? In my high school we could go all out with running shoes. We usually got shoes that matched the colors of our uniform and put different colors of fat laces in them to match even more. Can you wear knee socks that are argyle or have a matching pattern or color? Accessorize!
